1、英文

Sugar maker is a traditional Chinese handicraft. The producer carries a burden, one is a heating stove, the other is sugar and tools.

Sugar is made by heating sucrose and maltose. It's brown and yellow in color. Some of them add pigments or pigments to make it red or green.

Temperature control is the key to production. Overheating is too scarce to deform, and cold will be too hard to shape.

制作糖人是一種中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)手工技藝，制作者都挑一個(gè)擔(dān)子，一頭是加熱用的爐具，另一頭是糖料和工具。

糖料由蔗糖和麥芽糖加熱調(diào)制而成，本色為棕黃色，也有的加入顏料或色素使之呈紅色或綠色。制作時(shí)火候的控制是關(guān)鍵，過熱則太稀易變形，冷了又會(huì)太硬無法塑形。

使用的工具很簡(jiǎn)單，多是勺形和鏟形的。這個(gè)糖人是以熬化的蔗糖或麥芽糖做成的各種造型，有人物、動(dòng)物、花草等。

據(jù)說宋代即有糖人，多是平面造型，如同今天的糖畫，時(shí)稱戲劇糖果，后來也被稱作稠糖葫蘆、吹糖麻婆子、打秋千稠飴、糖宜娘、糖官人、糖寶塔、糖龜兒等等。

歷史由來：

據(jù)說，吹糖人兒的祖師爺是劉伯溫。傳說朱元璋為了自己的皇位能一代代傳下去，就造“功臣閣”火燒功臣。

劉伯溫僥幸逃脫，被一個(gè)挑糖兒擔(dān)子的老人救下，兩人調(diào)換服裝，從此劉伯溫隱姓埋名，天天挑著擔(dān)子走街串巷。

在賣糖的過程中，劉伯溫創(chuàng)造性地把糖加熱變軟后制作各種糖人兒，有小雞小狗什么的，煞是可愛，小孩子爭(zhēng)先購(gòu)買。

在路上，許多人向劉伯溫請(qǐng)教學(xué)吹糖人兒，劉伯溫一一教會(huì)了他們。于是，這門手藝就一傳
